1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Oorty ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Oorty provides a command-line interface (CLI) tool for scaffolding, generating, and maintaining automated tests for web applications. The Service includes both free features and paid Pro features that utilize AI-powered test generation.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Pro features require a paid subscription at $20/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. API Usage

API keys are for your personal or organizational use only. You agree not to share, sell, or redistribute API access. We reserve the right to enforce rate limits and suspend accounts that violate usage policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws, (b) infringe on intellectual property rights, (c) transmit malicious code, (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access, or (e) interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are protected by copyright and other laws. Tests generated using the Service belong to you. The Oorty CLI is open source under the MIT License.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
